In 1952 Delilah W. Pierce published an article in the Negro History Bulletin, Volume 15 entitled: Education Of The Negro. Delilah believed that education is at the core of every individuals security, progress, and happiness. The Negro History Bulletin was published by Carter G. Woodson.
